Parts and Accessories
Holden parts and accessories installed on a new vehicle at the time of purchase are covered by the New Vehicle Warranty for the period of the 3 years or 100,000km warranty, whichever comes first. Genuine Holden parts and accessories installed by our Service department are covered by the unexpired portion of the New Vehicle warranty or the first of 2 years or 50,000km. After the expiry of the New Vehicle warranty, the parts and accessories warranty will apply until the expiration of the 2 years or 50,000km (which ever comes first) from the date of fitment. Genuine Holden parts and accessories installed by our Service department after the expiration of the New Vehicle Warranty are covered by the parts and accessories warranty of 24 months or 50,000km from the date of fitment, whichever comes first.
Roadside Assistance
When you purchase a New Holden vehicle we also provide you with peace of mind in the form of a 3 year/24 hour Holden Roadside Assistance. This package is complimentary for the full term of your New Vehicle Warranty. In the event of the unexpected happening from your keys being locked in the car to mechanical and accident advice, help is readily available by simply calling the toll-free number 1800 817 100. Holden Caprice, Statesman, Calais, Monterey, Jackaroo, Suburban and all HSV vehicles, receive the added benefits of Holden Roadside Ultra Assist which includes accomodation and/or car rental, assistance in the case of accident, theft and medical emergancy and Australia wide coverage.
